We accept full price merchandise (only) purchased on our website within 10 days of receipt of delivery for exchange or refund. Please contact us via email at to begin your return process.

All custom orders and sale merchandise is considered FINAL SALE.

We only accept for refund or exchange items purchased directly from our website at and are not responsible for third party returns or items without record of receipt of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached (no exceptions), and in its original packaging. Any sale item, custom order, or an authorized item for refund/exchange not returned in its original condition or damaged will be returned back to customer and considered closed.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, inspected and approved for a refund, you will receive email confirmation. A refund will be issued for the amount of your merchandise purchase less any shipping fee paid and will be applied to your credit card or original form of payment. Please allow ten business days to appear on your end.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund after ten days, we suggest checking with your bank or credit card company to see if it is being processed. If there is no record, please email us and we will gladly handle immediately.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to return your full price item for an exchange for size or color, please send us an email immediately upon receipt of merchandise so that we can best assist you in locating a replacement. Exchanged item(s) will need to be returned within ten days from receipt of delivery, following same terms and conditions noted in our return policy. All exchange shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Please refer to our return terms and conditions. If the gift purchase was not mailed to you from BEACHED, we require original purchase information/receipt before authorizing a return. Once purchase information is verified, we will either refund in the original form of payment, or a gift credit will be mailed to the recipient.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs for purchases are non-refundable and will be deducted from refund total.

If you are shipping an item over $100, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any item shipped and undelivered.
